Since we didn't want to pay all the money to walk around Rock City, we decided to go check out the Chattanooga Choo Choo.  Joyce and Dick had been there before but the rest of us hadn't.  It was the old train depot in downtown.  What a beautiful place!!  It seems like all the bigger cities had elegant train stations as the hub of their city back in the days.  There were two or three restaurants in the station and out back was a pretty garden with boxwood borders and roses in the middle.  A lacy gazebo with a fountain.  On the train tracks, were all the old trains that they have made into motel rooms.  The six of us had a really nice lunch in the " garden room" of the station, chatting between every bite of food.  What a fun afternoon!
