Our treasures

Snowball hydrangea

two Bing Cherry trees
We went on another "miles long yard sales"...ten miles this time.  It was over in Cullman county.  Not so far away.  It was the usual " junk" that you find at yard sales.  We did manage to find some treasures though.  Another chair for the back porch table, a couple of movies, some glass ware for bird feeders and two Bing cherry trees for only $8 each.  Also a snowball hydrangea for only $5.  I think we're going to plant the cherry trees at the edge of the front yard.  This way we can watch the animals eat the fruit off of them..ha.  The only cherry tree that I have seen cherries on, was the one in the backyard of the house George and Christina rented in Germany.  Marina and I picked cherries one afternoon and Christina use them in a cake.  Oh the memories of those 17 days in Europe.  If our trees ever have cherries,  I will sit under our cherry trees, eating cherries and remember the best 17 days of my life!
