notice our green grass ( still)
We are in for a " Major Snow Storm".....starting this afternoon. The different weathermen have said we could get any where from 4 inches to 14 inches! I know!!! 14 inches! You know me...I'm hoping for the 14 inches. We also could lose power. I know we will be able to manage without power ( after all, we did it for 6 1/2 weeks last winter but I really don't want to do it again. )The thing I would miss the most would be the heat. We decided we had better go buy some fire wood for the fireplace, just in case. No, we still don't have our fireplace screen from the Blacksmith but Chuck will rig something up, if we HAVE to use it. At least we have the wood. After deciding the best place to stack the wood, on the side yard by the drive way, Chuck unloaded it all and even cut some of the bigger pieces. It's nice to look out the windows and see all that nice fire wood all stacked, ready to go. I feel like I so live in the " Country"...lol. (I'll let ya know how many inches of snow we get, later)
