Visiting with "the girls"

I hadn't collected the eggs the morning that Shell came, so after having "tea" we walked down to visit with the girls and see how many eggs we would find. The girls love it when someone comes down to see them because they think they are going to get " treats". Shell found a few strands of onion grass for them. When it's time to go back down to put them to bed, they never want to go. Just like little kids. When you are chasing them to go into the house, they put their " brakes on"....they stop and put their wings out and won't budge. You have to pick them up and put them through their little "chicken door". They are so funny!
