We put a couple pieces of sod in "the girls" yard. You would think we were giving little kids candy! They all ran to it and as they were eating, they cheeped like they were baby chicks again. They loved it!!!!! By the next morning, there was hardly anything left. Not only did they eat it, but they scratched it to pieces. They got one last piece this morning. I wish I could give them a new piece every day. I told Chuck, it's a good thing they aren't " free ranging chickens" or all of our yard would be gone in a week. lol.
