Winter Garden

I wouldn't really call it a " winter garden" because all I have in it are a couple kinds of cabbage and some collards. I just haven't had time with moving into the house, to plant more or really tend to a garden. I intend to plant some lettuce before it gets too cold. I do make it down there every couple of days to water what is there. I still have pretty roses and only one cotton plant left....a deer ate the other one! I may have to see if I can find who owns one of the cotton fields around here and ask if I could please pick a couple of sprigs of cotton for my pretty blue vase in the dining room.
