Yesterday ( Monday) was a " this and that" kind of day. It was wash day so I stripped the beds and washed the sheets and hung them out in the clean, fresh air on the clothes line. It was sooooo nice climbing into bed last night to the smell of sheets dried in the sun. While I was doing laundry, Chuck made and painted the shutters to the Hen Pen. They turned out really nice and match the shingles on the roof. I also made a trip to the library, Walmart and the quilt store. Late afternoon, I started reading the " book club book" for this month and after reading for an hour, my eyes got tired and I fell asleep. I think I took a two hour nap. I haven't done that in a lonnnnnng time. Guess I needed it.
