Chuck finished painting the Hen Pen and it turned out so pretty. I think he felt sorry for me because when I finally gave in and painted the house in Florida in a week....because everyone kept telling me " no one wanted a blue house".....I said after that, I would NEVER paint the outside of another house ever again!!!! The hen pen is a sample of what our house is going to look like. Pretty yellow, white trim and green shingles. Any ways....the "girls" just love their new house. They are so funny. I put a ceramic laying hen on the floor and they all came running to check out their new " sister". Now they all lay by her...lol. I love my chickens!!!! The two in the picture with their new sister...are the ones that were in the cage together in the barn. ...and they still hang out together. It's so cute.
