After the coldest winter since 1944, Spring came! ....and how beautiful it is! All the pretty flowers and flowering trees are in their glory. It seems like just over night, everything is so green and blooming. We had a thunder storm come through in the middle of the night and tomorrow night we have a chance of getting one last frost. Since we have little plants already planted in the garden, we will be covering them up, along with the stag horns that we have already hung back in the oak tree in front of the barn. A few plants will be moved back into the green house for a couple of nights and then we should be home free. I really enjoyed winter and all the pretty snow, but Spring is my favorite for right now. I'm sure that will change when summer comes.
