A couple of weeks ago we made a trip down to Gene and George's to pick up some windows and a door to build a new green house with. There were a lot to choose from, that's for sure. They have an old barn full of nothing but windows....mostly broken ones, screens and doors. It's all left over from George's brother's old business. We helped clear out a few of them. After digging through the stacks and finding the non broken ones, we sketched out possibilities of building the green house with the windows we were finding. Even found a door with a full solid piece of glass in it. Chuck loaded up the truck with it all. After one and a half days of visiting, laughing, shopping, great meals and digging in the barn, we came home. Thanks to Gene and George, we just might have a new green house to use this coming winter.
