The Yellow Walk to the Garden

Goldenrod

I walked down to the garden the other day and to my surprise, there were tons of pretty yellow!  Black eyed Susans and Goldenrod.  The Black eyed Susans weren't there last week.  Well, they were there, but not blooming.  It just makes ya want to pick them and put them in every room of the house.  The only thing is, they don't last once you pick them.  So, I left them to enjoy every time I walk to the garden.  I think the Goldenrod is pretty too.  People are always saying they are allergic to Goldenrod but I read where most people aren't really allergic to it.  It's the Ragweed that they are allergic too.  I'm just glad I'm not allergic to either one. I'm lucky to have such a pretty walk down to my garden and I didn't even have to plant all the pretty flowers.
