Yesterday was "apple butter day". It takes all day but oh the smell in the house for the day is wonderful! I'm so happy to have this Fall tradition now.I'm hoping one day, we will be picking the apples from our two apple trees. I didn't make as much as I usually do but this will last us through the year, company and all.
