It's Cotton Picken Time!

It's " cotton picken time" again!  It's just so neat to drive past the cotton fields and see all the " white".  It amazes me how this all turns into clothes, sheets, towels, etc.  I wonder who figured out that all this fluffy white stuff that grows on a plant could be turned into such things?  Maybe I'll have to " google the history of cotton" one of these days.  It sure makes a great bouquet for the fall.  Ya never have to put it in water and it will last forever.
