Giving the quilt away

Yesterday was a special "quilt guild" meeting. We gave the charity quilt to the "Hope House" for abused women and children. They were so happy to get it. It will stay at the house for everyone to use. One of the ladies brought a huge bowl of fruit and another one, yummy muffins so we had breakfast to go with our usual coffee. After our business meeting and "show and tell", we played " quilto" (bingo) for prizes. Then, we got down to the business of sewing. It was a really fun way to spend the day. I'm so glad these women are a part of my life.
