G n G come see the Twin House

Our best friends, Gene, George and Jacob came up from Cecil for a visit. They are the ones who we are building the house like theirs. It was fun walking through the house and trying to figure out things that are different....like some walls are shorter and some longer. Why there is more room in one corner of the bathroom and less in the other. Lets just say....the rooms are in the same place in each of our houses. Well, they were until Gene and George added on to their house for Gene's Mom to live close to them. Our living room is now their dining room and their back bedroom is now their living room. Our dining room is now Gene's office. It all works and to me...we will have the same house. We all decided to go to the " auction" Friday night. It's a fun place to take company. Gene had never been to one and enjoyed the " home town" feeling of it all. Yes, we did bid on things and won the bids. You never know what is going to be for sale....that's half the fun of it....the other half is getting it all so cheap. The visit ended all too soon but next time they come, we will be in the "twin house" so it will feel like they are "right at home".
