Everything is growing really well in the gardens. I picked our first lettuce this evening and we had it in a salad for dinner. It's so neat, eating something that you grew. I can't wait until everything else is ready to eat. Shell keeps telling me that I had better send her a box of fresh veggies when they are ready. I don't know how " fresh" they would be by the time she gets them....lol.
