We spend one whole afternoon planting corn, tomatoes and beans in the garden. It sure was nice having so much help. Shell says I will need to send her a box of fresh veggies at the end of the summer. We also made a really neat scarecrow out of some of the gourds that we grew up here a couple of years ago. I will take pictures of him for ya'll to see. Shell used her camera that afternoon and she hasn't sent me the pictures from it yet. We are going to make Mr. Scarecrow a wife and she will live in the pumpkin patch.
